Cober Hill is set in its own extensive, quiet grounds located just over half a mile away from some gorgeous coastal footpaths. This part of the Yorkshire coast is sleepy and beautiful. Steeped in natural history, the sea views are stunning, the air soporific – perfect for relaxation.
This holiday enables us to walk through stunning scenery and so take a breather from this busy world. By taking regular exercise out in green spaces, it boosts endorphins, raises self-esteem and creates greater calm to both the mind and body. To further aid this natural calming, we will also draw on Yoga, meditation and mindfulness. We will start the morning with gentle movement followed by meditation. We will walk 5 miles during the day, stopping along the way to take in the views and to allow for reflection. Our afternoon yoga session will allow further opportunity to relax and stretch. We usually have lots of fun too – laughter is another great stress reliever after all!
