Yoga with me is all about your own journey with yourself – both physically (strength and flexibility) and mentally (mindfulness and calm). Yoga will build on the muscles you already have and as such often reduces lower back pain through movement and muscle strengthening. Through breathing and visualisation techniques we still the mind and yoga can often reduce anxiety and stress.
