Although born a Londoner, I’ve lived in Yorkshire – Bradford and then Hebden Bridge – since my mid 20s. I feel so lucky to have wild and beautiful countryside on my doorstep, and easy access to the Yorkshire Dales, Lake District and all the other wonderful places for walking in the north. I love to walk wherever I visit as its such a great way to see a place and meet new and interesting people. I really enjoy organising walks and making them into fun and interesting days out for myself and others. I love travelling, rucksack on my back, and have have done some wonderful walking abroad, the highlights being in Nepal and New Zealand.
