I’m an experienced and fully certified yoga teacher who works with all types of people from professional dancers and sportspeople to members of the public who just want to improve the quality of their life through movement. My style of yoga uses some of the ideas from BKS Iyengar and also the more “classic” forms of Hatha Yoga. So, in my yoga classes, you might use blocks, bricks and belts to achieve better alignment in some poses but we will also explore the different Sun Salutations, restorative poses and relaxation techniques. It doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner in yoga or an experienced yogi, I will work with you to find a yoga practice that suits your needs. I’m delighted to join the Walking Women team and look forward to leading the Yoga and Walking Holidays, combining refreshing yoga practice with interesting walks in beautiful surroundings
