After some time of enjoying the view of these glorious mountains from the sea, I became curious about what I could find within them. I never imagined that I would stumble across ruined Roman villages, ancient Greek settlements, shepherds still living very basic, rural lives, beautiful spring flowers and wonderful views to boot. I was hooked, Adil would drop me off in a little bay and I would set off on a mission to see if I could meet him at the next bay. Having guided more than 30 groups I now wonder why I hadn’t discovered the joys of walking much sooner!
