This day walk is the start of a collaboration with Lucy and Emily of the Walking Post. A chance to walk with them and find your inner goat level whilst also hearing about all the walks and maps they provide to help you plan you Get Goat Fit ( or fitter) programme.

This is a chance to test out how you feel doing walks at this level with your experienced guide Jo making sure the pace is right and giving supportive encouragement as you go!
