The Chilterns are just a short hop from London and renowned as wonderful walking country – deep, secret valleys, lovely villages with pretty brick and flint cottages and views from the hilltops which will surely surprise and delight you.
Our Chilterns weekend breaks will be based at Cadmore End, a hamlet between Marlow and Stokenchurch. The Bluebell is a comfortable old inn with a modern annexe with en-suite rooms. Our two main walks will take us to some of the Chilterns’ prettiest villages including Fingest with its double gabled church roof and Turville where the Vicar of Dibley was filmed. And if you are able to arrive by 1.30 p.m. on Friday, then your guide will take you on an extra afternoon walk as well.
Price includes: 2 nights’ full board accommodation in ensuite twin rooms. Single ensuite rooms may be available (£20 per night supplement) if you book early.
