2017 Low Intermediate North Cotswolds Weekend 1

28th -30th Jul 2017 (Fri - Sun)
2 Nights Full Board - £270

Within easy reach of the South, the Cotswolds is an Area of Outstanding Beauty, with sleepy villages built of mellow Cotswold stone, and rolling hills full of delightful low level walks.

This weekend is based at the Beckford Inn at the foot of Bredon Hill giving us good access to lovely walks with views over Evesham Vale and from Cleeve Hill.   From the hotel we can walk up Bredon Hill, following a gentle path to the top from where we can head towards the Tower which gives wonderful views across the valley to the Malverns. On another day we can take the path from Winchcombe, stopping at the entrance to Hailes Abbey ruins and through the grounds of Sudeley Castle. Both walks will give you a great picture of the North Cotswolds with their gentle, rolling hills, verdant valleys and beautiful villages.   Several shorter possibilities will remain for an extra walk on Friday afternoon if you are able to arrive by 2pm.

The Beckford sits on the northern edge of the beautiful Cotswolds. Only 20 minutes drive from the M5 this stunning 18th-century coaching inn is set in open countryside. The latest edition to the Wadworth estate, this great pub offers quality throughout from their fantastic menu to the beautifully refurbished en-suite bedrooms, not forgetting the warm welcome from all of the team. The Beckford Inn is 15 minutes from Evesham station or a slightly longer taxi ride from Cheltenham station.

Price includes: 2 nights full board in twin ensuite rooms; transport to walks. Single ensuite rooms available if you book early – £15 per night supplement
