I have had a love of the outdoors since childhood, as walking in the countryside  offers the opportunity for enjoyment, reflection and gives me a feeling of connectedness to the natural world. I regularly walk in the Tyne Valley with friends, family and my rescue whippet.

As a Yoga practitioner of 30 years experience I enjoy the physical and mental benefits yoga offers.As a teacher of over 20 years enabling other women to discover and explore the benefits of yoga  is a truly rewarding endeavour.The combination of Yoga and walking offers the chance to develop a sense of well being in beautiful surroundings.
